Can we try before we buy?
Yes. Clubs can borrow a free sample set for days: two demo rackets to play with and a playing shirt in every size, so you can check feel, fit and finish before ordering.
What if the rackets don't sell?
Your first rackets can be on sale-or-return: up to rackets for days, and you only pay for the ones that sell. Many clubs start with kit only and add rackets later.
Will our kit arrive in time?
Every quote carries a delivery date in writing, planned back from your event. Tell us the date when you enquire.
Do you sell to individual players as well as wholesale buyers?
Yes. Whether you need one racket or kit for a whole club, school or shop, we'll look after you. Ask about wholesale terms for larger orders.
Can I choose the colour of my racket?
Each of our three racket designs — Shadow, Blaze and Volt — is available in a range of colours. Tell us the design and colourway you like and we'll confirm availability.
Which racket shape is right for me?
Round rackets give the most control and the biggest sweet spot, so they suit beginners and defensive players. Teardrop is the all-rounder. Diamond puts the weight high for maximum power and suits advanced, attacking players.
What's the difference between 3K and 24K carbon?
The number describes the carbon weave. Lower grades such as 3K have a finer weave and a softer, more controlled feel; higher grades up to 24K make a stiffer face that delivers more power. We also offer fibreglass and carbon blends.
How much does the padel bag hold?
Up to four rackets, with additional space for balls, shoes and accessories such as your phone and keys. It comes in a range of colours.
Can you add our logo, names and numbers to sublimated kit?
Yes. Crests, sponsor logos, player names and numbers are all printed as part of the design, so there's nothing to peel or crack.
Can you match our club, school or company colours?
Yes. Send us colour references (Pantone or HEX codes) or a photo of your current kit and we'll match it as closely as possible on your mock-up.
What do you need from me to start a custom order?
Your logo (ideally as a vector or high-resolution file), your colours, the garments you need, quantities and sizes, any names and numbers, and the date you need them by. The onboarding pack has a checklist and order form.
Where can I see prices?
Our club price list has per-unit prices for every item (see the Club Pack section above, or ask and we'll send the one-page version). Larger or fully custom orders get a one-page quote you can take to your committee.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the product and quantity, and your quote confirms it.
